Our services are designed to support healthy teams and organizations to ensure inclusion, sense of belonging and high performance.

We believe we all need to do our individual work while simultaneously committing collectively. Field Consulting sees the opportunities for a deeper impact with group and organizational based work.

Our goal is to initiate systematic changes that prioritizes inclusion so that many of the things our clients (and the world) are facing become non-issues. While individuals are needed to do their own internal work, change should not have to be the sole emotional burden or labor of historically marginalized individuals.

This Wellness Series is anchored on themes of wellness & connection during a time of constant change. In these sessions, we will collectively explore how to make wellbeing a more sustainable part of your life with discussion, techniques, and tools.

This program will be tailored to your teams goals and needs. This program can either be delivered as a series or an on-going resource for your team. This Program will blend lecture, interactive activities, take home tools and a space for process.

• Access to a trained therapist during your program
• A program to support the wellness and productivity of your staff during this time

Majority of trainings and consultations currently take place virtually.

Part of work as therapist is working closely with the community to advocate and educate around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Sam has worked internationally to consult with organizations about how to build and maintain inclusive programs.

We believe that most hurt happens in relationships with ourselves, others, and systems. In turn, healing also holds space in each of those relationships. The toolkit and skillset we use as therapists support our consulting work and vice versa.
