I am a therapist, consultant, networker, writer, event planner, and dot connector. I have a multitude of identities that all inform my work. I believe in the power of connection, nourishment, and community to support individuals in their journey towards personal growth and well-being.

ABOUT ME

  • I am a Licensed professional counselor, a Certified addiction counselor and trained in EMDR, IFS and somatic trauma work. I earned my MA in Wilderness Therapy. I have traveled the world studying and working towards implementing accessible and inclusive healthcare. I came to the path of therapy after being on the road as a music manager, I then realized that therapy is a need everywhere and can be done anywhere. I studied wilderness therapy because of my passion for being outside and working with horses, but additionally because wilderness therapy allows the space to get creative in how we do therapy and how we do life.

I work towards providing a unique therapeutic approach blends talk therapy, wilderness and equine therapy, somatic trauma informed, mindfulness practices, and horticultural therapy. I offer a nurturing, accessible, and inclusive therapy experience. My approach is experiential, and is focused on self-care. I have extensive knowledge and training in working with diverse populations, and work with a social justice lens.

I believe in guiding clients to feel empowered to express themselves and explore their identity while creating a safe supportive environment.

  • Our services are designed to support healthy teams and organizations to ensure inclusion, sense of belonging and high performance.

In our individual therapy work we saw the importance of individual work and also the need for more.

We believe we all need to do our individual work and Field Consulting sees the opportunity for a greater impact with group and organizational based work.

Our goal is to see systematic changes that prioritizes inclusion so that many of the things our clients (and the world) are facing become non issues. While individuals are needed to do their own internal work, change should not have to be the sole emotional burden or labor of the historically marginalized individuals.

  • Long before I was a therapist, I was a music manager and an event planner. I came to therapy as a way to support people on a deeper level and my true passion and skill is bringing people together. This is why FIELD not only offers therapy, consulting and events. We believe the true work is when we bring people together to practice the healing effect of being in relationship.

  • As a Queer, white, jewish identified woman, and new mom my identity has radically informed my personal and professional world. I am passionate about not only being a therapist in the office but a community organizer and Diversity, equity and inclusion consultant outside of the therapy office. I believe my social justice work enables me to build strong relationships and it directly benefits my work as a therapist. I believe that this world was not designed with all of us in mind and that it is our/my work to support the redesign of our existing one and empower clients to create their own space.

  • Field Consulting's time with us was informative, supportive, and thought-provoking! They approached their work with our programs by helping us understand our strengths while working on our areas of improvement. The dialogue in trainings helped me think through and develop a deeper lens for navigating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion subject matter.
